深圳某超高层住宅建筑抗震设计 被引量:2

Seismic design of a super high-rise residential building in Shenzhen

摘要 深圳龙岗区某项目含四栋超高层,其中7号楼为住宅,共49层,结构高度149.15m,属于B级高度。平面呈细腰形,存在楼板不连续、凹凸不规则、扭转不规则三项不规则。采用抗震性能化设计,性能目标设定为C级。采用PKPM和MIDAS Building两种软件进行对比分析,结果表明结构各指标均满足规范要求,能够达到设定的性能目标。另外对弱连接部位的梁板进行针对性的加强以提高结构整体性。 The project in Longgang District of Shenzhen includes four super high-rise buildings,one of which is a residential building,which has 49 floors,and the structure's height is 149.15m,it's a B-level height building.The plane shape is like a wasp waist,its unfavorable factors include floor partial discontinuity,irregular plane and torsional irregularity.The building adopts the performance-based seismic design method,and the seismic performance objective is set as level C.The analysis is carried out by two different softwares(PKPM&MIDAS Building),and the results show that all indexes of the structure meet the requirements of relevant codes and the anticipated seismic performance objectives.Besides,beams&slabs in weak connection area are strengthened to improve overall performance.
