圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱轴压性能试验研究

摘要 为了研究圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱轴压承载力性能,对12个不同截面尺寸的圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱进行了轴压试验,得到不同试件在轴压下的破坏模式、荷载-变形曲线、荷载-横向应变曲线、荷载-纵向应变曲线等进行对照。进一步分析了截面复合比、混凝土强度对试件承载力的影响。同时,基于试验数据,通过拟合得到的不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱轴压承载力计算公式,并与国内外的相关规范的计算结果进行对比。结果表明,圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱在轴向荷载下,其破坏形式均为延性破坏、破坏形态为腰鼓型破坏、外钢管局部屈曲;双金属钢管的应变发展基本一致,具有良好的协同作用;试件的承载力随复合比或者混凝土强度的增加而增大;相关规范中承载力计算方法应用于圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱承载力计算时偏于保守,得到的计算方法能较好地预测圆形不锈钢复合钢管混凝土短柱轴压承载力。 In order to study the circular stainless steel compound steel pipe concrete short column axial compression bearing capacity,performance of 12 different section size of round stainless steel compound steel pipe concrete short column in the axial compression test,the different failure modes of specimens under axial compression,load-deformation curve and load-lateral strain curve,vertical strain curve of load control.The influence of sectional composite ratio and concrete strength on the bearing capacity of specimens is further analyzed.At the same time,based on the test data,the calculation formula of the axial compression capacity of the stainless steel composite concrete-filled steel tubular short column was obtained by fitting,and compared with the calculation results of the relevant codes at home and abroad.The results show that the failure modes of circular stainless steel composite concrete-filled steel tubular short columns under axial load are ductile failure,waist drum failure and local buckling of outer steel tubes.The strain development of bimetallic steel tube is basically the same and has good synergistic effect.The bearing capacity of specimens increases with the increase of composite ratio or concrete strength.The calculation method of bearing capacity in the relevant specifications is conservative when applied to the calculation of bearing capacity of circular stainless steel composite concrete filled steel tubular short columns.The calculation method obtained can predict the axial bearing capacity of circular stainless steel composite concrete filled steel tubular short columns well.
