摘要
对某城市的隧道洞口遮光段装饰菱形网架的方案设计与结构设计过程进行介绍。在方案阶段,以“山水”形态为构思主题,采用Rhino+Grasshopper建模得到纯三维造型的曲面。在结构设计与优化阶段,为了便于处理结构构造,对方案阶段的模型进行修改和结构优化,并通过MIDAS计算和结果调整,使最终网架结构的支撑位置趋于合理,结构重心稳定,结构刚度增大,满足钢结构规范、网架结构相关规范的要求。结果表明,Rhino+GH+MIDAS的方案、结构一体化设计流程十分高效,适合做此类三维钢结构的结构设计。
Introduce the design process of the decorative net frame for shading section at the entrance of a tunnel in a certain city.In the conceptual design stage,Rhino+Grasshopper was used to achieve a purely 3D surface model.In the structural design stage,the model from the conceptual design stage was modified and optimized using MIDAS calculation software.The results were used to adjust the supporting position,the center of gravity,and the stiffness of the final structure,all of which met the requirements of steel structure regulations and relevant regulations for net frame structures.The results showed that the structure optimization design process of Rhino+GH+MIDAS is highly efficient and suitable for this type of 3D steel structure design.
