摘要
在钢结构住宅建筑中,通常钢管混凝土柱采用扁柱或者异形柱,柱宽一般小于200mm,为了满足混凝土灌浆孔的最小尺寸和避免凸梁凸柱,无法选择通常的内隔板式节点、隔板贯通式节点或者外环加劲板节点。我司研发了一种适用于钢结构住宅的梁柱厚板节点,根据规范和自行理论推导的参数进行了节点计算,并完成了节点计算的计算机实现。同时,在宁波某住宅工程中采用了梁柱厚板节点,在制作和施工过程中都实现了很好地应用。
Concrete filled steel tube columns with flat column or special-shaped are usually adopted in steel structural residential buildings,of which columns are often less than 200mm width.In order to meet the requirements of minimum size of concrete grouting hole and avoid convex part of beam and column,the usual column-beam joints cannot be selected,which are internal plate in column,diaphragm through column or outer ring stiffened plate.It is developed by our company that column-beam thick plate joints for steel structure residential buildings.It is calculated by present code and standards,using coefficient derived by us as per mechanical theory.it is also realizedcalculating by computer program.Meanwhile,this kind of jointsare used in a residential building in Ningbo,which has been well applied in the process of manufacture and construction.
