摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑钢结构吊装施工技术不断发展,正在随钢结构建筑的快速发展而不断被大量应用。在钢结构施工中吊装方案是整个施工方案的重点与难度,为解决文化强国馆项目施工过程中存在的主体钢结构吊装施工难题,针对钢柱、钢梁和悬挑梁吊装施工技术进行分析。本文首先介绍了本项目的工程概况;然后,针对本项目中钢结构吊装施工特点,合理选择吊装施工中吊装机械;最后,分别对钢柱、钢梁和悬挑梁的施工吊装方案进行了分析。结果表明,选用3台塔吊和2台汽车吊辅助吊装是可行的;选择的吊装机械设备下的吊装方案可以满足柱、钢梁和悬挑梁吊装的要求。研究成果为本项目后续主体钢结构吊装施工提供施工技术保证,对类似钢结构工程中的主体钢结构吊装施工具有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction of steel structure lifting construction technology continues to develop,and is being applied in large quantities with the rapid development of steel structure construction.The lifting program in steel structure construction is the focus and difficulty of the whole construction program,in order to solve the main steel structure lifting construction problems existing in the construction process of the Ganzhou Cultural Museum project,the lifting construction technology for steel columns,steel beams and suspended beams is analyzed.This paper firstly introduces the engineering overview of this project;then,in view of the steel structure lifting construction characteristics of this project,reasonably select the lifting machinery in the lifting construction;finally,the construction of steel columns,steel beams and cantilevered beams were analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to choose three tower cranes and two car cranes to assist the lifting;the lifting program under the selected lifting machinery and equipment can meet the requirements of column,steel girder and overhanging beam lifting.The research results provide construction technology guarantee for the subsequent main steel structure lifting construction of this project,which is of reference significance for the main steel structure lifting construction in similar steel structure projects.
