摘要
针对传统虚拟现实零件设计公差较大,导致VR零部件契合度较差的问题,研究基于虚拟现实的VR船舶零部件设计。该设计根据零件实体模拟绘制出二维平面草图,按实际比例设置三维图像比例尺搭建三维效果图,将单个三维零件进行组合,调整嵌入尺寸及平衡系数建立三维零件模型组,利用Clut插件进行动态模拟演示,根据零部件灵活度调整公差,实现基于虚拟现实的船舶零件设计。实验结果表明:与传统的VR零部件设计相比,所研究的VR零件设计契合度提高了16.7%。由此可见,所研究的VR零部件设计更满足当下船舶设计的需求。
Aiming at the problem that the design tolerance of traditional virtual reality parts is large,which leads to the poor fit of VR parts,the VR ship parts design based on virtual reality is studied.The design parts according to the physical simulation to map the 2 D plane sketch,according to the actual proportion set to establish 3 D rendering 3 D image scale,will be a single 3 D parts are combined,adjust the embedding dimensions and parts of equilibrium coefficient to establish threedimensional model group,and using the Clut plug-in for dynamic simulation demonstration,flexible adjustment according to the components of tolerance,realize ship parts design based on virtual reality.The experimental results show that:compared with traditional VR parts design,the design fit of the studied VR parts improves by 16.7%.It can be seen that the VR component design studied better meets the requirements of current ship design.
