摘要
针对传统船舶柴油机状态监测系统数据采集时间较长的问题,提出一种基于CAN总线的船舶柴油机状态监测系统,系统硬件包括测控节点模块、收发器模块;系统软件配置为柴油机状态监测软件,通过硬件与软件相结合实现了船舶柴油机的监测系统,为了证明该船舶柴油机状态监测系统的数据采集时间较短,将该系统与基于LonWorks总线的船舶柴油机状态监测系统、基于基金会现场总线的船舶柴油机状态监测系统、基于PROFIBUS总线的船舶柴油机状态监测系统进行对比实验,实验证明该系统的数据采集时间最短,说明该系统更适用于船舶柴油机的状态监测。
Aiming at the problem of long data acquisition time of traditional marine diesel engine condition monitoring system,a marine diesel engine condition monitoring system based on CAN bus is proposed.The hardware of the system includes the module of measurement and control node and the module of transceiver.The software of the system is configured as the software of diesel engine condition monitoring,which is realized through the combination of hardware and software.The monitoring system of marine diesel engine has been realized.In order to prove that the data acquisition time of the monitoring system of marine diesel engine condition is short,the system is combined with the monitoring system of marine diesel engine condition based on LonWorks bus,the monitoring system of marine diesel engine condition based on Foundation fieldbus and the marine diesel engine based on PROFIBUS bus.The comparative experiment of the condition monitoring system proves that the data acquisition time of the system is the shortest,which indicates that the system is more suitable for the condition monitoring of marine diesel engine.
