摘要
《大兴国寺记》记载了马薛里吉思在江南地区建造“十字寺”的详细经过,是研究元代也里可温的重要文献。除具体史实外,该寺记还内含丰富的文化底蕴,集中体现在“教法”上。其所谓“教法”,主要包括梦境之“法”、传道之“法”和佛教徒理解之“外法”三重内涵。梦境之“法”是马薛里吉思潜意识中的产物,带有明显的基督教文化特色;传道之“法”通过儒学教授梁相的转写,呈现出宋代理学的印记;佛教徒理解之“外法”则能说明也里可温教与佛教的复杂关系。本文通过对文本中“教法”的分析,充分展现了文化的异质性和转译过程中的复杂性,不仅有助于恢复也里可温的本然面貌,以避免将之与其他色目民族混同,还能为我们理解“宗教中国化”提供充分的历史注脚。
“The Inscription of Da Xingguo Temple”is an important document that details the process of Mar Sargis’s construction of the Nestorian monasteries in the Jiangnan region.It provides valuable insights for studying Yelikewen in the Yuan Dynasty.The documenmt not only contians specific historical facts but also rich cultural implication,which are embodied in religious thought in three different aspects.The religious thought of the dream is the product of Mar Sargis’s subconscious,with obvious Christian cultural characteristics.The religious thought translated by Liang Xiang has the concept of Neo-Confucianism in the Song Dynasty.The religious thought understood by Buddhists can illustrate the complex relationship between Nestorianism and Buddhism.Through the analysis of the religious thought in the text,we can fully understand the heterogeneity of culture and the complexity of the translation process,which not only helps to distinguish the real group of Yelikewen from other Semu ethnic groups,but also provides sufficient historical explanations for understanding“Sinicization of religions”in contemporary China.
