摘要
自清末以来,铁路交通逐渐成为整个社会经济发展与文化交流的大动脉,举足轻重。而铁路工人在铁路事业的发展中扮演着关键角色。河南铁路工人分工明确,工作稳定,不仅工资较高,而且有年终奖金、津贴、包工等其他收入,与河南省内其他工人相比,其收入相对丰厚。此外,从日常生活开支与休闲方式而言,近代河南铁路工人生活丰富多彩,质量较高。正因为如此,铁路工人成为近代河南产业工人的杰出代表,影响深远。
Since the end of the Qing dynasty,railway traffic has gradually became the motive force of the economic development and cultural exchanges,and played a decisive role.Railroad workers acteda crucial role in the development of railroad business. Their division is clear,job is stable.Not only the salary,but also the year-end bonus,allowance,contracted projects etc.,comparing with other workers in Henan province,their income was richer.In addition,in terms of daily living expenditure and leisure style,railway workers had the enriched and high-quality lives.For these reasons,railroad workers were the outstanding representative of industry worker in modern Henan,produced a lasting influence.
