摘要
订单农业作为我国现代农业的一种生产方式,最大影响当属市场风险引起的订单农业履约率问题。当前对农产品行业影响越来越大的是来自市场上的价格风险。基于此,本文主要进行订单农业违约风险合作情况中的利益共享研究,分别从双方合作的五种模式进行分析,结果表明:有效调节农产品的转化率、设置较高违约惩罚系数有利于提高订单农业履约率,对于新时期下化解订单农业合作违约风险具有重要现实意义。
Contract farming,as a representative model of current agricultural industrialization operations,has the greatest impact on the issue of the compliance rate caused by market risk.The current impact on the agricultural product industry is increasing from the market price risk.Based on that situation,this paper mainly studies revenue sharing in the case of default risk cooperation.It analyzes the five modes of noncooperation and cooperation.The results show that the effective adjustment of the conversion rate of agricultural products and the penalty coefficient for breach of contract are of great significance for the resolution of the default risk of contract agricultural cooperation under the new era.
