摘要
新时代党的治疆方略的产生有其深刻的时代根源和历史渊源,是历史与逻辑的统一,体现在社会稳定和长治久安新疆工作总目标、治理体系和治理能力现代化、发展经济和改善民生、民族团结和宗教和谐、文化和意识形态建设、党的领导和组织建设等各个方面,是坚持以人民为中心,运用唯物辩证法理论和矛盾分析方法,从全局高度作出打基础、利长远的战略安排,为新疆的长期稳定发展提供了战略指导和遵循。
The emergence of the Party’s strategy for Xinjiang’s governance in the new era has its profound age and bistorical origin which is the unity of history and logic.It embodies in various aspects such as the social stability and security work in Xinjiang overall objective,modernization of management system and competence,economy development and improvement of people’s livelihood,the national unity and religious harmony,cultural and ideological construction,construction of the party’s leadership and organization and etc.It adheres to the people as the center and makes use of the theory of materialist dialectics and contradiction analysis method.Strategic arrangements have been made to lay a foundation for long-term benefits from an overall perspective,providing strategic guidance and abidance for Xinjiang’s long-term and stable development.
