摘要
智慧社区是智慧城市建设的重要内容,是依托数字信息技术促进公共服务和智能化社区管理的创新模式。这一创新模式可依托科技手段和互联网技术,关联社区中的人、地、事、物及组织要素信息,识别这些要素相关联或碰撞时可能发生的异常或引发的具体问题,即与社区居民相关的人身安全、财产安全及信息安全等治安风险并进行防控,对推动智慧社区建设具有重要作用,智慧社区建设既为社会公共服务所需,更是加快社会治安防控体系建设的具体推力,有利于提高公安机关对各类治安风险的识别与防控能力。
Smart community is an important part of smart city construction and an innovative mode of promoting public services and smart community management based on digital information technology.This innovative mode can rely on scientific and technological means and Internet technology,and associate information of people,places,things,materials and organizational elements in the community,identify abnormalities or specific problems that may occur when these elements are connected or collided,that is,public security risks related to community residents such as personal safety,property safety and information security,and then carry out prevention and control,which plays an important role in promoting the construction of smart communities.The construction of smart community not only serves the needs of social public services,but also serves as a specific thrust to accelerate the construction of social security prevention and control system,which is conducive to improving the police organs’ability to identify and prevent various public security risks.
