摘要
随着煤炭市场的发展,安全质量标准化是现代企业管理的重要组成部分;安全质量标准化工作是企业安全生产、员工健康幸福的保证;安全质量标准化工作是企业降本增效、创新突破的基础。笔者针对选煤厂由于煤尘超标、清扫水的冲洗、设备振动等原因造成设备老化锈蚀、安全管理存在问题的解决措施,通过开展质量标准化建设工作,打造一个具有一流的选煤企业和健康舒适的工作环境。
With the development of coal market,safety quality standardization is an important part of modern enterprise management,and safety quality standardization is the guarantee of safety production and employee health and happiness. Safety and quality standardization is the basis for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and make breakthroughs in innovation. In view of the measures taken to solve the problems of equipment aging,rusting and safety management in coal preparation plants due to excessive coal dust,flushing of clean water,vibration of equipment,etc.,the paper discuss how to create a first-class coal preparation enterprises with a healthy and comfortable working environment.
