摘要
目前部分国有选煤企业生产经营形势不容乐观。面对复杂多变的生产环境,国有选煤企业应不断创新经济管理模式,以适应激烈竞争的市场,使企业在市场中掌握主动性,获得长远发展。笔者研究了选煤企业经济模式,介绍了企业经济管理含义,分析了选煤企业经济管理模式现状,提出新时期选煤企业经济管理模式创新建议,最后对新时期选煤企业经济管理模式发展趋势进行预测。国有选煤企业需要对经济管理理念进行创新,加强企业的财务管理、内部控制,充分利用先进的数字化信息管理技术,完善企业的经济管理制度,才能使我国选煤企业获得更好的发展和经济效益,促进国有选煤企业的可持续发展。
At present,the situation of production and operation of some state-owned coal preparation enterprises is not optimistic. In the face of complex and changeable production environment,state-owned coal preparation enterprise group should continuously innovate their economic management mode to adapt to the fierce competitive market,so that they can take the initiative in the market and achieve longterm development. The paper studies the economic mode of coal preparation enterprises,introduces the meaning of economic management of coal preparation enterprises,analyzes the current situation of economic management mode of coal preparation enterprises,puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of economic management mode of coal preparation enterprises in the new period,and predicts the development trend of economic management mode of coal preparation enterprises in the new period. The state-owned coal preparation enterprises need to innovate the concept of economic management,strengthen their financial management and internal control,make full use of advanced digital information management technology,and perfect their economic management system so that our country coal preparation enterprise can obtain better development and economic benefit,and promote the sustainable development of state-owned coal preparation enterprise.
