摘要
神东煤炭洗选中心石圪台选煤厂由于2^(-2)煤煤层厚度变薄,开采过程中顶底板混入严重,入选原煤灰分开高,矸石泥化程度大。因此,分选过程中,煤泥水系统工况恶化,原煤入选率提升难度增大,新板框系统投入后有较大改观,但块精煤破碎机频繁堵塞,严重影响了系统的正常运行。为解决这一问题,石圪台选煤厂对块精煤转载刮板机进行改造,提升了刮板筛工艺,实现神东刮板筛预分级系统,助推提质增效。
Due to the thinning thickness of 2^(-2)coal seam,the top and bottom plates were mixed seriously during the mining process,the ash content of the raw coal was increased and the gangue was muddied to a large extent.Therefore,in the washing process,the working condition of coal sludge water system deteriorates,and it is more difficult to improve the raw coal inclusion rate.There is a big improvement after the new plate and frame system is put into operation,but the block fine coal crusher clogs frequently,which seriously affects the normal operation of the system.In order to solve this bottleneck problem,Shigetai coal processing plant renovates the block fine coal transfer scraper,improves the scraper screen process,and realizes the Shendong scraper screen pre-classification system to help improve quality and efficiency.
