摘要
对某院点对点跨省异地就医直接结算工作进行成效分析。以点对点跨省异地就医直接结算开始时间为节点,使用卡方检验、秩和检验等方法对比直接结算前后患者医疗费用等信息,并探讨点对点跨省异地就医直接结算对分级诊疗和医联体等的影响。点对点跨省异地就医直接结算后三年患者医疗总费用是点对点直接结算前三年的5.2倍;点对点直接结算后,患者平均少垫资0.9万元。点对点跨省异地就医直接结算政策对医院、患者等具有积极的影响,要以点对点跨省异地就医直接结算工作为基础,促进分级诊疗和医联体等政策的实施。
To analyze the performance of a hospital’s Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point.Using the start time of Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point as the node,and using the chi-square test,rank sum test and other methods are adopted to compare the medical expenses of patients before and after the direct settlement,and the effects of Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point on Hierarchical Medical System and Medical Alliance are also explored.The total medical expenses of patients in the three-year period after Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point were 5.2 times of the first three years of Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point;after Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point,the average cost of patients has been reduced by 0.9 million yuan.The policy of Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point has a positive impact on hospitals and patients.It is necessary to promote the implementation of Hierarchical Medical System and Medical Alliance policies based on the Inter-provincial On-line Settlement of Point-to-point.
