摘要
义务教育的外部合理化供给主要包括经费合理化供给和制度合理化供给两个方面。武陵山区的义务教育的经费供给中,缺乏的师资比教学条件更加紧迫,补充充足合格的师资是关键。经费首先应向农村最贫困的学生和学校倾斜,主要应投向紧缺的师资,其次考虑教学设施等问题。
External rationalized supply of compulsory education includes two aspects:the reasonable fiscal and other reasonable system.In the reasonable compulsory education finance of Wuling mountain areas,the shortage of teachers is more urgent than the teaching conditions.Enough qualified teachers are the most important.In the order of financial input,the poorest students and schools should be given priority.The funds should mainly go to the shortage of teachers,followed by teaching facilities.
