摘要
高校学生组织是全面推进素质教育的重要途径,21世纪的学生干部不仅需要学习和能力的双重提升,更需要做到德才兼备,坚守"全心全意为同学服务"的初心。但是,近年来学生组织被曝出的作风问题层出不穷,组织内部也存在着因为群体年龄而导致的不成熟行为。针对当前高校学生组织现状,分析高校学生组织存在的突出问题与主要矛盾,以人力资源管理六大模块为视角,在"选人、用人、育人、留人"的管理流程上,运用人力资源相关理论做好学生组织整体设计与规划,寻找学生组织合适的人才,注重学生干部潜力的开发和培养显得尤为重要。
The organization of college is an important approach to comprehensively promote the quality education students.In the 21 st century,student cadres not only need to improve their learning and ability,but also need to be both talented and virtuous,and adhere to the initial intention of"serving the students wholeheartedly."However,in recent years,student organizations have been endlessly exposed as having style problems.And there are also immature behaviors within the organization due to the age of the group.According to the current situation of college students’organizations,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems and main contradictions of college students’organizations.From the perspective of the six modules of human resource management,the human resources are used in the management process of"selecting,employing,educating and retaining people".Relevant theories Do a good job in the overall design and planning of student organizations,find students to organize appropriate talents,and pay attention to the development and cultivation of student cadres’potential.
