医患关系与工作幸福感的关系:情绪自我效能感的中介作用 被引量:6

Relationship between doctor-patient relationship and work well-being:Mediating effect of emotion self-efficacy

摘要 目的:探究医患关系与工作幸福感的关系及情绪自我效能感在其中的中介作用。方法:对湖北地区10所医院的500名医生进行医生工作幸福调查问卷、情绪自我效能感量表及医患关系问卷(DDPRQ-10)的问卷调查,比较不同分类医生工作幸福感、情绪自我效能感及医患关系评分差异,分析医患关系、工作幸福感及情绪自我效能感的相关性分析,探究医患关系及情绪自我效能感对医生工作幸福感影响作用的路径。结果:医生工作幸福感评分、情绪自我效能感评分及医患关系评分总分分别为(48.5±3.7)分、(39.0±2.8)分、(36.5±2.0)分。不同年龄的医生工作幸福感评分、情绪自我效能感评分及医患关系评分均存在明显差异(F=85.60,65.99,97.86;P<0.05);不同月薪的医生工作幸福感评分、情绪自我效能感评分及医患关系评分均存在明显差异(F=75.73,128.25,383.52;P<0.05);不同行政职务的医生工作幸福感评分、情绪自我效能感评分及医患关系评分均存在明显差异(F=61.22、172.64,52.79;P<0.05)。医生医患关系、情感幸福感、认知幸福感及情绪自我效能感两两均存在相关性(P<0.05)。情绪自我效能感在医患关系与工作幸福感中起着中介作用(P<0.05)。结论:医患关系、工作幸福感及情绪自我效能感三者间密切相关,而情绪自我效能感在医患关系与工作幸福感间起到中介作用,提升情绪自我效能感能明显提升医生工作幸福感,改善医患关系。 Objective:To explore the relationship between doctor-patient relationship and work well-being,and the mediating effect of emotion self-efficacy.Methods:The questionnaire survey,emotion self-efficacy scale and difficult doctor-patient relationship questionnaire(DDPRQ-10)were performed on work well-being of the 500 doctors from the 10 hospitals in Hubei.The differences in work well-being,and emotion self-efficacy and scores of doctor-patient relationship were compared among different types of doctors.The correlation analysis was performed on doctor-patient relationship,work well-being and emotion self-efficacy.The effect ways of doctor-patient relationship and emotion self-efficacy on work well-being of doctors were explored.Results:The total scores of work well-being,emotion self-efficacy and doctor-patient relationship in doctors were(48.5±3.7)points,(39.0±2.8)points and(36.5±2.0)points,respectively.There were significant differences in doctors’work happiness scores,emotional self-efficacy scores,and doctor-patient relationship scores at different ages(F=85.60,65.99,97.86;P<0.05);Doctors’work happiness scores,emotional self-efficacy and doctor-patient relationship scores were significant different among doctors with different monthly pay(F=75.73,128.25,383.52;P<0.05).There were significant differences in doctors’work happiness scores,emotional self-efficacy scores,and doctor-patient relationship scores in different administrative positions(F=61.22,172.64,52.79;P<0.05).There was correlation between doctor-patient relationship,emotion well-being,cognitive well-being and emotion self-efficacy(P<0.05).There was mediating effect of emotion self-efficacy in doctor-patient relationship and work well-being(P<0.05).Conclusion:The relationship among doctor-patient relationship,work well-being and emotion self-efficacy are close.The emotion self-efficacy plays mediating effect in doctor-patient relationship and work well-being.Promoting emotion self-efficacy can significantly promote work well-being,and improve doctor-patient relationship.
