不同浸出标准下飞灰中重金属浸出效果分析

Analysis of the leaching effect of heavy metals from fly ash under different leaching standards

摘要 以8处不同地域的生活垃圾焚烧飞灰作为研究对象,采用XRD,XRF、扫描电镜等检测手段了解生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的基础物化性质,并通过醋酸缓冲溶液法(HJ/T 300-2007)、硫酸硝酸法(HJ/T 299-2007)以及美国标准毒性浸出法TCLP,对焚烧飞灰中重金属的浸出效果进行对比研究,采用ICP-MS对浸出液污染物质量浓度进行测定.研究表明,生活垃圾焚烧后产生飞灰的主要化学组成有KCl,NaCl,Ca(OH)_(2),CaO,SiO_(2)等.3种浸出标准仅对于本次研究飞灰中未达到填埋标准的重金属浸出浓度作比较,硫酸硝酸法对于重金属Pb的浸出效果较好;美国浸出毒性TCLP浸出程序对于重金属Se的浸出效果较差;醋酸法对于重金属Zn,Cd,Ni的浸出效果较好.相比3种浸出标准下,醋酸缓冲溶液对于重金属浸出效果较好,且浸出结果稳定. The basic physical and chemical properties of domestic waste incineration fly ash were investigated by XRD,XRF,SEM,and other detection methods at 8 different locations,and the leaching effect of heavy metals in incineration fly ash was determined by the acetate buffer solution method(HJ/T 300-2007),sulfuric acid nitric acid method(HJ/T 299-2007),and American leaching toxicity TCLP leaching procedure.A comparative study of the leaching effect of heavy metals in fly ash was conducted,and the mass concentration of pollutants in leachate was measured by ICP-MS.The study showed that the main chemical compositions of fly ash from domestic waste incineration were KCl,NaCl,Ca(OH)_(2),CaO,and SiO_(2).The three leaching standards were compared only for the leaching concentrations of heavy metals in the fly ash of this study that did not meet the landfill standard.The sulfuric acid-nitric acid method was more effective for the leaching of heavy metals Pb;the American leaching toxicity TCLP leaching procedure was less effective for the leaching of heavy metals Se;and the acetic acid method was more effective for the leaching of heavy metals Zn,Cd,and Ni.Compared with the three leaching standards,the acetic acid buffer solution was more effective for leaching heavy metals and the leaching results were stable.
