摘要
九一八事变后,日本即时侵占东北兵器工业,东三省兵工厂、奉天迫击炮厂、黑龙江省军械厂等都成了日本重点抢占的对象。日本扶植建立伪满洲国后,开始对东北兵器工业实行统制政策,奉天造兵所、"满洲三菱机械株式会社""满洲金属工业株式会社"、协和工业株式会社、陆军造兵厂技术部奉天派出所、兴亚制作所、兴亚金属工业株式会社、"满洲火药工业株式会社"、旭重工业株式会社、第三制造所等工厂相继建立,并被日本完全控制。这些兵器企业主要为日军、伪满政府及日本在华会社等服务,实际上充当了日本的重要武器库;而其中的中国工人,则遭受日伪当局政治经济上的无情盘剥;日伪当局还采取各种措施强迫中国人进厂服役。沦陷时期东北兵器工业遭到日本的全面控制和掠夺。
The September 18th Incident marked the beginning of Japanese invaders’seizure of the weapons industry of Northeast China.The Arsenal of the Three Northeastern Provinces,the Fengtian Mortar Plant and the Heilongjiang Armory became their key targets.After Japan established its puppet regime in Manchuria,it began to implement control policy for the Northeast weapons industry.Many plants were built and controlled by Japan,among which were Fengtian Armory,"Manchuria Mitsubishi Machinery Cooperation","Manchuria Metal Industry Cooperation",KYOWA Industrial Cooperation,Army Technical Department Fengtian Branch,Heung-A Manufacturing Company,Heung-A Metal Industry Cooperation,"Manchuria Gunpowder Industry Cooperation"and the Third Manufacturing Company.These weaponry companies mainly served the Japanese troops,the puppet Manchurian regime,and also Japanese firms in China.They actually acted as an important part of Japan’s arsenal.What’s more,Chinese workers were subjected to ruthless political and economic exploitation by both the Japanese invaders and puppet authorities and various measures were taken to force them to work in the factories.The weapons industry in Northeast China was completely controlled and plundered by Japan.
