摘要
七七事变后,日本既定的对华逐步蚕食政策上升为总体战下的全面侵华战争,在华日本居留民成为前期染指渗透的"破坏因子"和后期占领奴役的"基础因子",扮演着侦察员和刽子手的双重角色,可以说是披着平民外衣的侵华急先锋。通州事件中,日本居留民的被杀本是这场侵略与反侵略、奴役与反奴役的战争难以避免的事,却因日方媒体的曲意渲染、证人战后的恶意诡辩、国民政府迎合时局的误导而众说纷纭、曲直难辨。本文试从对日本居留民的实证分析、日本移民侵略策略两个角度解读通州事件中的日本居留民问题,对重新认识通州事件和日本政军当局对华移民侵略政策或有裨益。
After the July 7 th Incident,the Japanese policy of nibbling away at China’s territory evolved into the fullscale War of Aggression against China.In the process,Japanese residents in China first became the"damaging factor"of infiltration and later the"basic factor"of occupation and slavery.They played the dual role of"scout"and"executioner",and acted as vanguards of invasion in the guise of civilians.The fact that Japanese residents were killed in the Tongzhou Incident was actually something inevitable in this war of aggression and anti-aggression,slavery and anti-slavery.However,due to deliberate exaggeration of Japanese media,malicious sophistry from some Japanese witnesses after the war,and misleading response of the KMT Government,viewpoints are divergent and people feel confused.This article attempts to interpret the issue of Japanese residents in the Tongzhou Incident from the perspective of empirical analysis of Japanese residents in China and that of Japanese immigration invasion strategy,hoping that it would help people re-recognize the Tongzhou Incident and the Japanese political and military authorities’strategy of immigration aggression.
