摘要
高校自古以来俗称为"小社会",是学生真正走向社会前的过渡。但高校的教育资源有限性及高校与社会一定程度的脱节,亟待建立"学校—社会"教育网络。教育是一个系统工程,需要学校和社会双方的有机结合,既要学校充分发挥教育的主动性和主导性,也需动员和发挥社会资源的广泛性和优质性。本文以中北大学大数据学院五年的实践经验为依托,以引进优秀校友担任校友辅导员为载体,研究高校构建"学校——社会"教育网络的运行机制。
Universities have been known as"small society"since ancient times,which is the transition before students really go to society.However,the limited educational resources of universities and some degree of disconnection between universities urgently need to establish a"school-society"network.Education is a systematic engineering,which requires the integration of both schools and society.It is not only necessary for schools to give full play to the initiative and leadership of education,but also to mobilize and give full play to the universality and quality of social resources.Based on five years‘practical experience of North University of China,this paper studies the running mechanism of the"school-society"Education network in universities by introducing excellent alumni as alumni counselors.
