摘要
对951名大学生进行调查,探讨了高校心理健康教育课程和大学生专业心理求助态度及其意愿的关系。结果表明:(1)是否开设心理健康教育课程在大学生专业心理求助态度和意愿上存在显著差异;(2)开设心理健康课可以通过专业心理求助态度对求助意愿产生影响,专业心理求助态度在开设心理健康课和求助意愿之间起完全中介作用。根据调查结果,对未来高校心理健康教育工作的发展提出了建议。
A survey was conducted on 951 college students to explore the relationship between mental health education courses and their professional psychological help-seeking attitude and willingness.The results showed that:(1)there was a significant difference in the attitude and willingness of psychological help in college students whether to offer mental health education courses or not;(2)setting up mental health courses can influence the help-seeking intention through professional psychological help-seeking attitude,which plays a completely mediating role between setting up mental health courses and help-seeking intention.According to the investigation results,some Suggestions are put forward for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities in the future.
