摘要
处于信息化时代,新媒体在信息表达、信息传输与信息互动上具有明显的优势,促使其影响力不断提升。心理健康教育是高校教育的一项重要内容,而新媒体是推动心理健康教育的有力手段,能为大学生心理健康教育注入新的活力。通过阐述新媒体时代对大学生心理健康教育的影响,探讨新媒体时代大学生心理健康教育路径,以期为大学生心理健康教育提供一些建议。
In the information age,new media has obvious advantages in information expression,information transmission and information interaction,which promote its influence to constantly improve.Mental health education is an important part of higher education,and new media is a powerful means to promote mental health education,which can inject new vitality into mental health education for college students.This paper expounds the influence of the new media age on college students’mental health education,and probes into the path of college students’mental health education in the new media age,hoping to provide some Suggestions for college students’mental health education.
