摘要
结合自身参与组织"新进教师说课比赛"的体会,参考评审专家意见,总结了在"新进教师说课比赛"中暴露出的"参赛者教学基本功不够熟练,理论深浅程度把握不够准确;对"如何教"及"如何学"说得不够清楚;未设立答辩环节"等三个突出问题,相应提出了三个方面的对策与建议。
Combined with the experience of organizing the"New teacher speaking course Competition"and referring to the expert opinion of the evaluation,this paper summarizes three outstanding problems,such as"The contestants are not proficient in teaching basic skills,the depth of the theory is not accurate enough;How to teach and how to learn is not clear enough,the argumentation is not sufficient,and the reply link is not set up",and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
