摘要
培养合格的足球裁判员是发展足球事业的重要一方面,本文以大学生足球裁判员的培养为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法进行研究,分析当下大学生裁判员群体特征和培养内容,为负责培养和选拔青年裁判员的有关部门提供建议和参考。研究表明,我国大学生足球裁判员培养仍存在一些问题,比如高校内部足球比赛少,大学生裁判员的锻炼机会不足,以及裁判员在执法比赛过程中面临安全风险等。建议建立市、区足协与高校合作选拔与培养大学生足球裁判的机制,实现多方参与、多部门配合;政府部门应为大学生足球裁判培养提供坚强保障;必须完善足球裁判教学内容,注重综合素质的培养。
Cultivate qualified football referees is important to the development of football on the one hand,this paper takes the cultivation of university student football referees as the research object,through the literature material method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,analysis of the present university student referees group characteristics and the training content,for relevant departments responsible for the training and selection of young referees provide advice and reference.The research shows that there are still some problems in the cultivation of college students' football referees in China,such as the lack of football matches in colleges and universities,the lack of opportunities for college students' referees to exercise,and the fact that referees are faced with security risks in the process of law enforcement.It is suggested to establish a cooperative mechanism between municipal and district football associations and universities to select and train football referees for college students,so as to realize multi-participation and multi-department cooperation.The government should provide strong guarantee for the training of college students' football referee.We must improve the teaching content of football referee and pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive quality.
