摘要
研究生教育是我国国民教育体系中的最高层次,研究生的生源质量影响人才培养质量。提高研究生招生选拔质量,助力高水平的研究生人才队伍稳定输出意义重大。近年来,国家不断谋求深化研究生教育改革,推进研究生招生考试制度创新。本文拟通过对我国硕士研究生生源和招生考试制度的现状分析,就当前硕士研究生招生考试制度中存在的招生单位自主招生权不足、考生报考选择和调剂局限、复试成绩权重和复试内容不够合理等问题,提出加大招生单位招生自主权、改革招生考试模式、合理制定复试成绩权重和导师招生参与度和自主权等对策和建议,以供研究生教育管理者与政策制定者参考。
Postgraduate education is the highest level in China’s national education system.The quality of postgraduate students affects the quality of talent cultivation.It is of great significance to improve the quality of postgraduate recruitment and selection,and to help the stable output of high-level graduate talents.In recent years,the country has continuously sought to deepen the reform of graduate education and promote innovation in the examination system for graduate admissions.This article intends to analyze the current status of the graduate student enrollment and admission examination system in China,and analyzes the current problems in the current admission examination system for master graduate students,such as insufficient enrollment rights,limitations on candidates’selection and adjustment,weight of re-test results and unreasonable re-test content.To propose countermeasures and suggestions to increase the enrollment autonomy of enrollment units,reform the enrollment examination model,reasonably formulate retest score weights and tutor enrollment participation and autonomy,for the reference of graduate education administrators and policy makers.
