摘要
高端技术技能人才贯通培养有"四跨、三目标"的复杂特征,针对其思想政治教育工作存在全员育人没有形成合力,全方位育人业务领域没有精准对接,全程育人过程没有有效衔接,以及交互融合不够等问题,人才贯通培养三全育人工作需做顶层设计,将全员的岗位工作规律、全方位的业务领域规律、全程的职业成长规律与思想政治教育规律交互融合,构建基于单个教育层次的小闭环与基于三个教育层次的大闭环相互嵌套的持续改进模式。
There are complex characteristics of"Four Spans and Three Objectives"in the high-end technical and skilled talents through-type cultivation.In the light of the problems in the ideological and political education,such as the lack of joint efforts in all-staff education,the lack of precise docking of business field in all-aspect education,the lack of effective connection in the all-process of education,and the lack of interaction and integration,the top-level design should be made for San Quan education in the through-type talents cultivation,all-staff post job law,all-aspect business field law,all-process vocation growth law should integrate with ideological and political education law,a continuous improvement mode of small closed-loop based on a single education level and large closed-loop based on three education levels is constructed.
