摘要
一、引言硬骨鱼类脑垂体的中一腺垂体[1],主要由三种细胞组成。根据其细胞质对于典型的Azan三色染色的反应分为:嗜碱性细胞,嗜酸性细胞和嫌色性细胞。前两者称为嗜色性细胞,第三种细胞目前认为是无分泌作用的。
After fixation in 10%formol-saline,section of the Hypophthalmichthys molitrix hypophyses were stained with the PAS-methyl blue method and aldehyde-fuchsin technique.The use of PAS-methyl blue staining facilitated the demonstration of 6 tinctorial cell types in the hypophysis.1.PAS positive,red basophiles,2.PAS positive,purple-red basophiles,3.PAS positive blue-purple basophiles,4.deep orange acidophiles,5.lightly orange acidophiles,6.chromophobic cells.While the use of aldehyde-fuchsin staining technique,it consists of the following cell types:1.deeply purple basophiles,AF positive;2.deeply green-lightly purple basophiles;3.green basophiles;4.deep orange acidophiles;5.light orange acidophiles.Three types of basophiles of the meso-adenohypophysis in the Hypophthalmichthys molitrix are positive to the periodic acid Schiff(PAS)technique,but one(PAS-red basophiles)gives a positive response to the aldehyde-fuchsin(AF)technique.Two tinctorially different types of cells,PAS positive,purple-red and PAS positive blue-purple,were clearly demonstrated,and were correlated with the FSH and LH secretion.
