摘要
将辣根过氧化物酶或麦芽凝集素-HRP(WGA-HRP)注射于家兔之颈,胸或腰髓的一侧灰质内,追踪结合臂旁核簇中之逆行标记细胞及顺行标记终支。标记细胞数量少,见于内、外侧结合臂旁核之腹侧部。标记终支较多,在外侧结合臂旁核中最为密集,“d”区中次之,两者绕结合臂之背方连成一片。“d”区又与脑桥上端中央灰质之背外侧区中的标记区相续。内侧结合臂旁核中仅有少量标记终支。结合臂旁大细胞核中无标记细胞或终支。脊髓—结合臂旁核投射与结合臂旁核—脊髓投射之间可能有单突触性联系。未发现结合臂旁核内的标记有明显的体部定位趋势。
HRP or wheat germ agglutinin conjugated HRP was injected into the cervical,thoracic,or lumbar spinal cord unilaterally in rabbits,and the labeled cells and terminal arborizations were traced in the parabrachial nucleus.The parabrachial complex was subdivided into a medial parabraehial nucleus,a lateral parabrachial nucleus,a magnocellular parabrachial nucleus and a"d"region.Labeled cells were found in the ventral parts of the medial and lateral para-brachial nuclei in relatevely small amounts.Profused labeled terminal arborizations could be identified,being densest in the lateral parabrachial nucleus,less so in the"d"region,and rather sparse in the medial parabrachial nucleus.The labeled area of the lateral parabrachial nucleus extended dorsal to the brachium conjunctivum to join the labeled"d"region,which continued further medially to be confluent with a labeled area in the dorsal angle of the rostral pontine central gray.No labeling,neither of cells nor of terminal arborizations,could be found in the magnocellular parabrachial nucleus.Monosynaptic connection is apparent between the spino-para-brachial and the parabrachio-spinal projections.No tendency of somatotopical localization was found in the labeling of the parabrachial nucleus.
