摘要
用50例成人脑,在肉眼和体视显微镜下,观察大脑后动脉外侧段及其皮质支。外侧段有单干型和双干型。按分布区皮质支有颞下前、中、后动脉,枕动脉、距状动脉和顶枕动脉。而顶枕动脉分布区常有变化,因此,在大脑内侧面,大脑前、后动脉分布区的界线也有变化。
The lateral segment of cerebral arteries and their cortical branches were obser-Ved on 50 adult human brains with the naked eyes and stereomicroscope.The lateral segment mey be single trunk or double trunks.According to the distribution,their cortical branches are called as the anterior inferior temporal,the middle inferior temporal,the posterior inferior temporal,the occipital,the calcarine and the parieto-occipital arteries.The parieto-occipital arteries varies on their distribution.Therefore,the boundary of the distribution of the anterior cerebral arteries and the posterior cerebral arteries on the medial-surfase of hemisphereics were also variable.
