摘要
本文报告了电镜下三例人体空肠粘膜上皮超微形态观察。绒毛及肠腺上皮共包含五种细胞:吸收细胞、杯状细胞、内分泌(即基底颗粒)细胞、未分化细胞和潘氏细胞。文中对吸收细胞的形态作了较为详细的记叙,并对其功能进行了讨论。
This paper presents the ultrastructural study of normal human jejunum mucosa.The epithelium lining of the villi and the crypts contains five types of cells:absorptive cells,goblet cells,endocrine cells,undifferentiated cells and paneth cells.Fine structure of ab-sorptive cells were observed in detail.The apical pole of absorptive cells were characteri-zed by the microvilli covered with glycocalyx,and the junctional complexes were seen between adjacent epithelial cells.Organelles presented in the cytoplasm were also descri-bed.The inter-relationship between the ultrastructure and function of absorptive cells and their plasma membrane was discussed,
