摘要
我们用血管铸型方法,观察了足外侧区皮肤及浅、深筋膜的微血管构筑特点及分布规律。观察到这些微血管网系来自供应该区的直接皮动脉或间接皮动脉的五级分支,这些分支在深筋膜、浅筋膜及皮肤内形成五级水平分支从而形成五层血管网,每层血管网都有其独立的形态特点。本文还对足部几个区的乳头层血管袢的形态学特点进行了比较。
Some of fresh cadaveres were injected with A.B.S into the popliteal arteries,we studied the micro-vascular structure of this area under scanning electron microscope.There are 5 layers of vascular network in the area.They are formed by small branches which are coming from either the direct cutaneous arteries or the indirect one.They are as following.The capillary network of the papillary layer.The vascular networks of the subpapillary layer.The natworks in the deep dermal layer.The networks in the subcutaneous layer,The networks in the layer of the deep fasia.
