摘要
通过对“十三五”以来中国科协所属全国学会服务科技经济融合的使命和宗旨、组织建设、内部治理以及相关工作实践等方面的数据分析,结合对国外典型科技社团经验的分析,总结出全国学会服务科技经济融合的能力现状,剖析全国学会服务科技经济融合存在的内生动力不足、内部治理结构难以适应工作需求、科技供给服务体系构建不完善等三方面不足,提出明确职责定位、完善内部治理、建立长效机制、优化服务产品等四方面建议。
Through the data analysis of the mission and purpose,organization construction,internal governance and relevant work practice of the national societies of China Association for Science and Technology serving the integration of technology and economy since the 13th Five-year Plan,combined with the experience of typical foreign science and technology associations,this paper reveals the current situation of the ability of the scientific and technological societies in China to serve the integration of science,technology and economy,and analyzes three problems,of the national society in serving the integration of technology and economy,namely the lack of endogenous power,the difficulty of the internal governance structure in adapting to the work demand,and the imperfection of the construction of science and technology supply service system.It puts forward four suggestions,including clarifying the responsibility orientation,improving internal governance,establishing a long-term mechanism and optimizing service products.
