摘要
随着国家"十四五"基础测绘规划编制工作启动和"实景三维中国建设"项目的推动,越来越多的城市开展了基于倾斜摄影实景三维模型数据的生产,而目前国内尚未出台用于实景三维模型数据质检的规范和标准,因此,如何科学合理地对倾斜摄影实景三维模型成果进行检查验收与质量评定是各测绘产品质监部门面临的问题。根据现行的人工三维建模产品行业规范,对比分析两种模型生产作业方法及数据结构的差异,以宁波市实景三维建模项目质量检查验收为例,提出了一套针对实景三维模型产品的检验方法,并归纳了实景三维建模的常见质量问题,通过分析成因,提出处理建议,为今后制定标准科学的质检规范提供实践参考,使其更好服务于城市管理、文化旅游、国土规划和应急指挥等社会生活领域。
With the launch of the national"fourteenth five-year"basic surveying and mapping plan,and the promotion of the"real three-dimensional China construction"project,more and more cities have carried out production based on the real 3D model data of oblique photography,but not yet in China the standard of quality inspection and acceptance of real 3D model data,therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably check and accept the quality of real 3 D model is the problem faced by the quality supervision department of surveying and mapping products.Based on current specifications for artificial 3D modeling products,it compares and analyzes the differences in production methods and data structures of the two models,takes the quality inspection of Ningbo city real 3D model project as an example,puts forward an inspection method for real 3D model products.In addition,the author summarizes the common quality problems of real 3D model products,analyzes the causes and proposes treatment suggestions.It will provide practical reference for the development of standardized and scientific quality inspection specifications for real 3D model products,so as to better serve the urban management,cultural tourism,land planning,emergency command and other social life fields.
