摘要
以ArcGIS平台为基础实现降雨数据的实时可视化,研究Micaps4与NetCDF转为通用GIS数据的方法。Micaps4采用先转ASCⅡ再转为通用GIS栅格数据,NetCDF直接采用ArcGIS工具箱转为通用GIS栅格数据。采用替换数据源的方式实时更新符合OGC标准的气象信息服务,实现降雨数据的实时共享发布。最终实现浙江省1 km格网Micaps4格式1 h、3 h、6 h降雨预报数据,5 km格网NetCDF格式1 h、24 h降雨预报数据的实时可视化,数据完全自动化更新,处理转换速度快、渲染效率高,且易于数据的共享和标准的建设,对于建设各级气象网络应用系统有十分重要的意义。
Meteorological data is characterized by multi-source,heterogeneous,aging,mass and space.How to express meteorological data quickly,intuitively,scientifically and uniformly is an important problem in the application of meteorological information.In this paper,real-time visualization of rainfall data is realized based on AreGIS platform.The method of converting Micapsl and NctCDF into general GIS data is studied.Micapsl is converted to ASCII and then to GIS raster data.Net CDF directly uses AreGIS toolbox to convert general GIS raster data.Update the meteorological information service in line with the OGC standard in real time by replacing the data source to realize the real-time sharing and publishing of rainfall data.Finally,the real-time visualization of 1-hour,3-hour and 6-hour rainfall forecast data of 1-kilometer grid Micapsl format and 1-hour and 24-hour rainfall forecast data of 5-kilomctcr grid NctCDF format is realized.The data is fully automated update,the processing and conversion speed is fast,the rendering efficiency is high,and it is easy to share the data and build the standard.This is of great significance to the construction of meteorological network application system at all levels.
