飞机整流罩前支架裂纹原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 某飞机整流罩铸镁合金前支架立筋处,服役过程中发现一处裂纹,采用宏观观察、金相检验、断口扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对该铸镁合金支架的裂纹形成原因进行分析。结果表明该裂纹是由于支架立筋上边缘压痕与β相异常组织及较多孔洞共同作用下形成初始损伤,在振动、应力与腐蚀气氛下形成疲劳与应力腐蚀共同作用的结果。 The front bracket rib of the casting magnesium alloy for an aircraft fairing was found a crack during service, Using macroscopic observation and metallographic examination, Fracture scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, The crack formation reason of the cast magnesium alloy bracket was analyzed, The results showed that the crack was caused by the indentation of the upper edge of the support rib and initial damage is caused by abnormal beta phase structure and many holes, In vibration、Stress and corrosion atmosphere the combined effect of fatigue and stress corrosion is formed.
