汽车减震器活塞杆失效分析

摘要 武汉某出租车在正常行驶过程中,左前减震器活塞杆发生断裂,为探寻减震器活塞杆断裂原因,在减震器活塞杆外观及断口宏微观特征观察的基础上,对减震器活塞杆进行化学成分分析、金相组织分析及硬度检测,确定了减震器活塞杆失效形式为早期疲劳断裂,失效原因与杆表面镀铬层的磨削裂纹有关,在拉应力的作用下表面微裂纹经过一定周期向零件内部扩展最终导致减震器活塞杆的断裂,通过加强轴杆表面镀铬工艺控制,可有效预防该类缺陷的产生和扩展。 The piston rod of the left front shock absorber of a taxi in Wuhan was broken during normal driving. In order to find out the cause of the fracture of the piston rod of the shock absorber, the chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure analysis and hardness test of the piston rod of the shock absorber were carried out on the basis of the observation of its appearance and macro and micro characteristics of the fracture surface. The failure form of the piston rod of the shock absorber was determined as early fatigue fracture and loss. The effective reason is related to the grinding crack of chromium plating layer on the rod surface. Under the action of tension stress, the surface microcrack propagates periodically to the parts and finally leads to the fracture of the piston rod of shock absorber. By strengthening the control of chromium plating process on the rod surface, the generation and propagation of such defects can be effectively prevented.
