军用列车运行优化研究

摘要 为提高军用列车运行效率,分析军用列车运行存在的问题,建立单列和多梯队军用列车运行优化模型,并进行验证。提出提高军用列车运行速度的建议,指出应建立分时分类提高军用列车等级机制,压缩军用列车在途运行时间;建立"人装分运"部队铁路快速投送机制,提高部队人员铁路机动速度;对战略战役铁路干线建立国防铁路限界,提高战时装备铁路运输速度。 In order to improve the operational efficiency of military trains,this paper firstly analyzes the existing problems of military trains.Then,it establishes and verifies optimization model of single-train and multi-echelon military trains.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the speed of of military trains,such as establishing the mechanism of time division and classification to improve the grade of military trains and reduce the running time of military trains on the spot,establishing the mechanism of rapid railway delivery of"personnel and equipment delivery"to improve the speed of railway maneuverability of military personnel,and establishing the boundary of national defense railways for the trunk lines of strategic campaign railways so as to improve the railway transport speed in wartime.
