摘要
为增强军队招聘文职人员的保密意识,做好部队的保密管理工作,分析加强军队招聘文职人员保密管理的重要意义,剖析军队招聘文职人员保密管理存在保密意识薄弱、保密能力不足、保密底线面临挑战等方面的隐患,从强化保密意识、提升保密能力、削弱外来诱因等3个方面,提出加强军队招聘文职人员保密管理的对策与建议。
In order to enhance the awareness of confidentiality in military recruitment of civilian personnel and do a good job in the management of military confidentiality,this paper firstly analyzes the importance of strengthening the management of confidentiality in military recruitment of civilian personnel.Then,it analyzes the hidden dangers in the management of confidentiality in military recruitment of civilian personnel,such as weak awareness of confidentiality,insufficient capacity of confidentiality and challenges to confidentiality bottom line.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:strengthening awareness of confidentiality,improving confidentiality ability,and weakening external incentives.
