摘要
为满足战区作战要求,使联合投送行动符合当前运输保障条件实际,根据战区投送任务要求和交通运输条件等因素,对作战兵力联合投送任务中的投送方式选择、投送运力分配、投送路径规划、投送序列确定和投送保障筹划等问题进行综合梳理,提出相应的规划方法与原则,为探究联合投送任务规划提供参考。
To meet the operational requirements of theater operation and to make joint delivery operations conform to the actual conditions of current transportation support,the paper firstly compresensively sorts out the problems in selection of delivery modes,distribution of delivery capacity,planning of delivery routes,determination of delivery sequence and planning of delivery support in joint projection missions according to the requirements of war zones and transportation conditions.Then,it puts forward corresponding planning methods and principles,which can provide reference for exploring mission planning of joint projection.
