摘要
为促进我军试验鉴定领域军事职业教育高质量发展,在分析美军试验鉴定军事职业教育培养目标、教学结构、教学资源、教学方式、教员队伍等基础上,提出我军试验鉴定军事职业教育应适应新型试验任务、善用多样化环境资源、探索服务型前端技术。为我军试验鉴定军事职业教育理念更新、资源利用、技术支撑等提供参考。
In order to promote the high-quality development of military vocational education in the field of test and evaluation in our army,this paper firstly analyzes the training objectives,teaching structure,teaching resources,teaching methods and teaching staff of the military vocational education of test and evaluation in US army.Then,by introducing specific examples and data,it analyzes the main characteristics and experience of adapting to new test tasks,using of diversified environmental resources and exploration of service-oriented front-end technology in military vocational education of US military test and evaluation,which can provide reference for the renewal of military vocational education concept,resource utilization and technical support.
