摘要
为研究高海拔环境对柴油/PODE混合燃料喷雾特性的影响规律,基于CFD仿真软件,建立柴油/PODE3-5混合燃料喷雾仿真模型,并进行试验验证。结果表明:随着海拔的升高,低速工况D80P20(PODE体积分数为20%的柴油混合燃料,记为D80P20)混合燃料喷雾形态发展较快,喷雾贯穿距离、索特平均直径(SMD)明显增大,而高速工况变化幅度相对较小。与柴油相比,D80P20混合燃料高海拔下喷雾贯穿距离和SMD减小,高转速工况喷雾撞壁现象得到改善。
In order to study the influence of high altitude environment on the spray characteristics of diesel/PODE blended fuel,a spray simulation model of diesel/PODE3-5 blended fuel was established based on CFD simulation software and verified by the experiments.The results showed that with the increase of altitude,D80 P20(PODE diesel mixture with a volume fraction of 20%was recorded as D80 P20)at low speed,the spray morphology of blended fuel developed rapidly,and the spray penetration distance and soot mean diameter(SMD)increased significantly,while the change range of the high speed operation was relatively small.Compared with diesel,the spray penetration distance and SMD of D80 P20 decreased at high altitude,and the phenomenon of spray wall collision is improved at high speed.
