摘要
针对军事供应链成员利益协调优化问题,建立基于系统动力学仿真的军事供应链契约协调机制模型,并分析不同契约以及组合契约对军事供应链的影响。数值分析表明,收益共享契约能够有效协调供应链利益分配;回购契约能影响军事需求满足率以及军队库存水平;收益共享+回购组合契约能够在提高需求满足率的同时有效协调各方收益,实现军供双方最优决策与供应链系统最优决策的协调一致,促进军地双方深度互赢互利。
To solve the problem of interests coordination and optimization of military supply chain members,this paper establishes a military supply chain contract coordination mechanism model based on system dynamics simulation,and analyzes the the influence of different contracts and combination contracts on military supply chain.Numerical analysis shows that revenue sharing contract can effectively coordinate the benefit distribution of supply chain;buyback contract can affect military demand satisfaction rate and military inventory level;the combination of revenue sharing and buyback contract can effectively coordinate the revenue of all parties while improving the demand satisfaction rate,so as to achieve the coordination between the optimal decision of both military supply and supply chain system,which can promote mutual benefit between the military and the local governments.
