摘要
为提高柴油发动机工作的安全性和可靠性,防止突发事故和提高维修效率,通过检测分析柴油机燃油压力信号进行常见油路故障的不解体诊断。首先,设计柴油机燃油压力信号的采集方案,针对柴油机几种常见的油路故障,采集高压油管油压信号;然后,通过喷油时标信号截取喷油时刻近似脉冲信号;最后,通过时域和频域分析获得其能量分布、幅值变化以及特征频带等与故障有关的特征信息,提取时域和频域故障特征参数,实现柴油机油路几种常见故障的特征提取与诊断,为柴油机油路故障的早期发现和智能诊断提供技术支持。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of diesel engine,prevent sudden accidents and improve maintenance efficiency,the common oil circuit faults are diagnosed without disassembly by detecting and analyzing the fuel pressure signal of diesel engine in this paper.Firstly,it designs the acquisition scheme of fuel pressure signal of diesel engine,and collects the oil pressure signal of high-pressure oil pipe according to the several common oil circuit faults of diesel engine.Then,it intercepts the fuel injection time approximate pulse signal by the fuel injection time scale signal.Finally,it obtains the energy distribution,amplitude change,characteristic frequency band and other fault related characteristic information through time-domain and frequency-domain analysis,and extracts the fault characteristic parameters in time-domain and frequency-domain to realize the feature extraction and diagnosis of several common faults of diesel oil circuit,so as to provide technical support for early detection and intelligent diagnosis of diesel oil circuit faults.
