摘要
为提高车辆装备在役考核工作效率,在确保在役考核结果科学有效的前提下,减少对各考核指标的在役考核次数,运用正交设计理论与方法分别对定性指标和定量指标进行在役考核方案设计,减少在役考核数据处理工作量,同时提出在役考核结果分析方法,用于指导在役考核数据处理工作。
In order to improve the efficiency of in-service assessment of vehicle equipment,this paper firstly proposes that reducing the in-service assessment times of each assessment index on the premise of ensuring the scientific and effective in-service assessment results.Then,it suggests designing in-service assessment scheme for qualitative and quantitative indicators respectively with the orthogonal design theory and method,which can reduce the workload of in-service assessment data processing.Finally,it presents an in-service assessment result analysis method to guide the in-service assessment data processing.
