摘要
为提高军队院校教员当兵代职质效,使教学科研活动更加贴近实战,明确代职对院校建设发展的重要意义,查找代职工作在院校、部队和教员3个层面存在的问题,提出发挥好军队院校主导作用、部队主人翁作用和军校教员主体作用3条对策。
To improve the quality and efficiency of military academy teachers’substitution in grass-roots unit,make the teaching and research activities closer to the actual combat,this paper firstly clarifies the importance of the substitution for the construction and development of academy.Then,it finds out the problems existing in the substitution at the three levels of academy,grass-roots unit and teachers.Finally,it puts forward three countermeasures of giving play to the leading role of the military academy,giving play to the master role of the army,and giving play to the teachers’main role of the military academy.
