110 kV高压电力管块原位悬吊保护方案的关键工艺研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 因城市内地下高压电缆改迁时间长、费用昂贵、社会影响大,其往往是地下基坑项目有序开挖的关键制约因素。文章以苏州市某地铁基坑项目施工为例,对110 k V高压电力混凝土管块原位整体悬吊保护进行了相关工艺研究。采用MIDAS/GEN有限元软件对悬吊保护装置进行受力分析,电力管块与围护结构冲突位置采用MJS进行基坑封闭,结合施工完成后的现场监测数据反馈,验证了高压电力管块采用“下托上拉”整体悬吊保护方案关键工艺的可行性。实践证明,高压电力管块的悬吊保护可有效降低管线改迁对基坑项目工期的制约,降低施工成本,可为后续类似项目提供可行性技术参考。 Due to the long relocation time,high cost and great social impact of underground high-voltage cables in cities,they are the key constraints of orderly excavation of underground foundation pit projects.In this paper,during the construction of a metro foundation pit project in Suzhou,the relevant technology research was carried out for the 110kV high-voltage power concrete pipe block in situ overall suspension protection as an example.The MIDAS/GTS finite element software is used to analyze the stress of the suspension protection device.The conflict position between the power pipe block and the retaining structure is closed by MJS for the foundation pit.Combined with the on-site monitoring data feedback after the completion of the construction,the feasibility of the key process of the overall suspension protection scheme of"lower support and upper pull"for the high-voltage power pipe block is verified.Practice has proved that the suspension protection of highvoltage power pipe block can effectively reduce the restriction of pipeline relocation on the construction period of foundation pit project,the construction cost,and provide feasible technical reference for similar projects in the future.
