摘要
青蒿素是一种新型、有效的抗疟药物,对该药毒副作用的了解尚少。本文介绍猴经肌注青蒿素油悬剂后心肌超微结构病变的观察结果。材料和方法恒河猴24只,年龄3—6岁,体重4—7公斤。
Qinghaosu oil suspension was administered intramuscularly to 24 rhesus monkeys for 14 successive days.Severe ultrastructuraI damages of cardiac muscle were noticed in 192 MKD and 96 MKD groups sacrified on the 3rd day after the last injection.These involved obvious decrease of number of glycogen particles,swelling and vacuolar degeneration of mitochondria,coacervation and homogenization of cristae,dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum derangement,fusion and homogenization of filamenta,even dissolution and necrosis in severe cases,extension of space of intercalated disks.There was only mild lesion in 24 MKD group,i,e swelling and vacuolar degeneration of mitochondria.In cardiac muscles excised on the 35th day after the last injection,no above-mentioned damages were noticed.It may be concluded that Qinghaosu oil suspension with doses above 96 MKD injected intramuscularly could induce transient ultrastructural damages in the cardiac muscle of rhesus monkeys,however,all these damages recovered rapidly.
